Plan Anual de Contrataciones y su efecto en el cumplimiento de Metas Presupuestarias del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, 2021

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue demostrar el efecto del Plan anual de contrataciones en el cumplimiento de metas presupuestarias del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, 2021. La metodología empleada fue de tipo aplicativo, de enfoque cuantitativa y de diseño no experimental, explicativo – causal, en donde se analizó el Plan anual de contrataciones y la ejecución de las metas presupuestarias para demostrar el efecto del Plan anual de contrataciones en el cumplimiento de metas presupuestarias del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, la muestra estuvo conformada por el Plan anual de contrataciones y los reportes de metas presupuestarias; además se utilizó como instrumentos el análisis documental y guía de entrevista para cada una de las variables de estudio. El resultado indica que un total de 65 procedimientos de selección están contenidos en el Plan anual de contrataciones por un monto programado de S/28,982,306.77 y adjudicado en S/24,42,715.68 que se han ejecutado en metas presupuestarias por el importe de S/24,642,715.68. Se concluye que el Plan anual de contrataciones tiene un efecto del 24.28% en el cumplimiento de metas presupuestarias, que según la tabla de Baremos, se encontraría dentro del rango del 0% - 25%, obteniendo la categoría de calificación positivo.

The purpose of the following research is to prove the effect of the annual contracting plan in the fulfillment of the budgetary goals of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo, 2021. The methodology used was an applicative one, of a quantitative approach and of a non-experimental, explanatory design - causal, where the annual contracting plan and the execution of the budgetary goals were analyzed to demonstrate the effect of the annual contracting plan in the fulfillment of budgetary goals of the Trujillo Regional Teaching Hospital, the sample consisted of the annual contracting plan and budget goal reports; also, the documentary analysis and interview guide for each of the study variables were carried out as instruments. The result indicates that a total of 65 selection procedures are contained in the annual procurement plan for a programmed amount of S/28,982,306.77 and awarded in S/24,42,715.6 that have been executed in budget goals for the amount of S/24,642,715.68; it’s concluded that the annual contracting plan has an effect of 24.28% on the fulfillment of budget goals, which according to the Baremos table, would be within the range of 0% - 25%, obtaining the positive rating category.
