Propuesta del sistema del último planificador en la construcción del edificio multifamiliar botanic park la Merced Trujillo La Libertad

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en Trujillo en la construcción Edificio Multifamiliar Botanic Park ± La Merced, se propuso la propuesta del último planificador en la ejecución de dicho proyecto, en el cual la realización de esta tesis se utilizó un diseño de tipo aplicada, la recolección de datos se realizó con la técnica de observación directa. El problema en lo hemos sido participe de primera mano es que en las obras no se ha podido terminar en fechas establecidas, debido a la falta de programación, mal manejo del personal, falta de control, deficiencia en el expediente, falta de materiales, etc. En este proyecto se pudo identificar los problemas que no tenemos al no contar con un sistema de ultimo planificador en la construcción del proyecto, asimismo se propuso las etapas de utilización del sistema, examinando y documentando las restricciones con la que contábamos en la construcción, para esto se utilizó tablas en Excel que contengan dichas partidas, fecha de inicio, restricción respectiva, fecha de liberación de cada actividad, encargado o encargados, seguido del estado en el que se encuentran para tener un mayor control.. Se logro determinar el porcentaje del plan cumplido de las partidas de construcción de los pisos típicos de 2° al 12°vo piso del casco estructural dándonos un resultado de 20% en la optimización de tiempo en base a lo planificado en el cronograma del expediente

The present research work was carried out in Trujillo in the construction of the Multifamily Building Botanic Park - La Merced, the proposal of the last planner in the execution of this project was proposed, in which the realization of this thesis an applied type design was used, the data collection was carried out with the technique of direct observation. The problem in which we have been first hand participants is that the works have not been able to be finished on the established dates, due to lack of programming, poor personnel management, lack of control, deficiency in the file, lack of materials, etc. In this project we were able to identify the problems that we do not have by not having a system of last planner in the construction of the project, also we proposed the stages of use of the system, examining and documenting the restrictions that we had in the construction, for this we used Excel tables containing these items, start date, respective restriction, release date of each activity, manager or managers, followed by the state in which they are to have greater control. We were able to determine the percentage of the completed plan of the construction items of the typical floors from the 2nd to the 12th floor of the structural shell, giving us a result of 20% in the optimization of time based on the planned schedule of the file
