Satisfacción laboral entre colaboradores de una Institución Educativa Pública y Privada de Piura

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo “determinar las diferencias de satisfacción laboral entre colaboradores de una Institución Educativa Pública y Privada de Piura”. Para ello se utilizó, un diseño de investigación comparativa - sustantiva. Se empleó una muestra de 154 colaboradores de una Institución Educativa Pública y Privada de Piura, el instrumento que se utilizo fue la Escala de Satisfacción Laboral – SL ARG. En los resultados arrojan que se obtuvo un valor U=108.500 y un P=.000 (P<0.05), resultando significativo de diferencia en ambos grupos, por lo tanto, se acepta la hipótesis general

The objective of this research work is to “determine the differences in job satisfaction among collaborators of a public and private educational institution in Piura“. For this purpose, a comparative-substantive research design was used. A sample of 158 collaborators from a public and private educational institution in Piura was used, and the instrument used was the Job Satisfaction Scale - SL ARG. The results show a U=108.500 and a P=.000 (P<0.05), resulting in a significant difference in both groups, therefore, the general hypothesis is accepted.
