Relación entre la carga viral indetectable con la calidad de vida en personas que viven con VIH/SIDA. Hospital Provincial de Ascope Rosa Sánchez de Santillán 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre la carga viral indetectable con la calidad de vida de las personas que viven con VIH/SIDA atendidas en el Hospital Provincial de Ascope Rosa Sánchez Santillán en los meses de octubre y noviembre 2020, a través de un diseño descriptivo de relación-analítico, en el que se aplicó la encuesta (WHOQOL-HV-BREF) a 75 pacientes con VIH/SIDA de ambos sexos. Los resultados encontrados fueron: el 56% de personas con VIH/SIDA tienen carga viral indetectable, mientras el 44% no presentan carga viral indetectable. Adicionalmente, el 66.7% de pacientes cuenta con una calidad de vida regular, mientras el 33.3% bueno. En cuanto a las dimensiones relacionadas con la calidad de vida se obtuvo los siguientes resultados: salud física 100% fue bueno, salud psicológica 84% bueno, relaciones sociales 92% nos dio regular, en medio ambiente y espiritualidad el 100% de igual manera, dependencia 82.7% fue regular. Concluyendo que la carga viral indetectable tiene relación con la calidad de vida en los pacientes que viven con VIH/SIDA en el Hospital Rosa Sánchez de Santillán de Ascope en los meses octubre y noviembre 2020.

The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the undetectable viral load and the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS treated at the Ascope Rosa Sánchez Santillán Provincial Hospital in the months of October and November 2020, through of a descriptive relationship-analytical design, in which the survey (WHOQOL-HV-BREF) was applied to 75 patients with HIV/AIDS of both sexes. The results found were: 56% of people with HIV/AIDS have an undetectable viral load, while 44% do not have an undetectable viral load. Additionally, 66.7% of patients have a regular quality of life, while 33.3% have a good one. Regarding the dimensions related to the quality of life, the following results were obtained: physical health 100% was good, psychological health 84% good, social relations 92% gave us regular, in environment and spirituality 100% in the same way, dependency 82.7% was regular. Concluding that the undetectable viral load is related to the quality of life in patients living with HIV / AIDS at the Rosa Sánchez Hospital in Santillán de Ascope in the months of October and November 2020
