Implementación del control de los inventarios a través del mayor auxiliar de existencias, para mejorar la gestión en la Empresa Plantas y Pegamentos E.I.R.L. 2012

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación “IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL CONTROL DE LOS INVENTARIOS A TRAVÉS DEL MAYOR AUXILIAR DE EXISTENCIAS, PARA MEJORAR LA GESTIÓN EN LA EMPRESA PLANTAS Y PEGAMENTOS E.I.R.L. 2012”, está orientado a la búsqueda de solución del problema generado al no contar con un sistema de control de inventarios en la empresa PLANTAS Y PEGAMENTOS E.I.R.L. 2012, por cuanto en la presentación de resultados obtenidos en la recolección de los datos; se diseña el Sistema de Control de Inventarios y se aplica el Mayor Auxiliar de Mercaderías (KARDEX) elaborando cuadros resúmenes y analizando los resultados para determinar el máximo y mínimo de existencias según la rotación de cada producto. Estos resultados se discuten con el marco teórico, los antecedentes y la hipótesis para luego llegar a las conclusiones, entre ellas, se ha concluido que la empresa en estudio no contaba con un sistema de control de inventarios, que la implementación del Sistema de Control de Inventarios a través del Mayor Auxiliar de Existencias permite contar con información oportuna y veraz, conocer los mínimos y máximos de existencias que deben existir en la empresa y por tanto permiten planificar la reposición de existencias, garantizándose el uso óptimo del recurso financiero, con lo que se está demostrando que el sistema implementado contribuye de manera significativa para mejorar la gestión empresarial de la empresa MYPE Plantas y Pegamentos E.I.R.L. con lo que nuestra hipótesis queda probada. Finalmente se proponen recomendaciones relacionadas a las conclusiones.

These results are discussed in the theoretical framework, background and hypotheses and then reach conclusions, including, it was found that the joint study did not have an inventory control system, the implementation of the System Control Inventories through the Assistant Mayor of stock allows for timely and accurate information, meet the minimum and maximum stock that must exist in the company and therefore allow restocking plan, ensuring optimal use of financial resources, which is proving that the implemented system contributes significantly to improve corporate governance of the company MSE Plants and Adhesives EIRL so that our hypothesis is proved. Finally recommendations related to the conclusions are proposed.
