Propuesta de un plan financiero y su influencia en el crecimiento sostenible en la empresa Glamour Salón y Spá de la ciudad de Trujillo

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación lo hemos realizado con el propósito de proponer un Plan Financiero para lograr el crecimiento sostenible de la empresa Glamour SALÓN Y SPA de la ciudad de Trujillo. En base a este estudio se determinó la confirmación de nuestra hipótesis, la propuesta de un Plan Financiero incide positivamente en el crecimiento sostenible de la empresa debido a que éste orienta la generación de rentabilidad en el periodo de tiempo propuesto; así mismo, ayuda a tomar decisiones acertadas, y a evaluar la funcionabilidad de cada uno de los procesos. A través de un diagnóstico del Estado Situacional de la Empresa, se llegó a determinar que la dificultad más significativa que tiene es la poca demanda de sus servicios. Esta ha sido la causa principal por la cual la rentabilidad y la productividad causaron problemas en la gestión financiera y económica en los últimos periodos. Por este motivo se implementa un nuevo servicio, Suite De Novia. En el Capítulo V Análisis Financiero, se realizó el análisis vertical y horizontal de los Estados Financieros. Así mismo se aplicaron ratios de liquidez, de rentabilidad, de endeudamiento y de rotación. Se efectuó un análisis económico aplicando indicadores como el Valor Actual Neto y la Tasa Interna de Retorno. Para hacer posible esta investigación hemos realizado entrevistas, encuestas y análisis documentario dentro de la empresa. Así mismo hemos analizado y evaluado los Estados Financieros para determinar las principales deficiencias e inconvenientes de la empresa, después de proponer el servicio antes mencionado se obtiene una alta rentabilidad lo cual es demostrado en el desarrollo de esta investigación.

The present investigation work has carried out it with the purpose of proposing a Financial Plan to achieve the sustainable growth of the company Glamour LIVING ROOM AND SPA of Trujillo's city. Based on this study the confirmation of our hypothesis was determined that the proposal of a Financial Plan impacts positively in the sustainable growth of the company because, this guides the generation of profitability in the period of proposed time; likewise, he/she helps to make guessed right decisions, and to evaluate the efficiency of each one of the processes. Through a diagnose of the Situational State of the Company, you ended up determining that the most significant difficulty that has is the little demand of its services. This has been the main cause for which the profitability and the productivity caused problems in the financial and economic administration in the last periods. For this reason a new service, Suite of Girlfriend, is implemented to assist an unsatisfied necessity. In the I Surrender V Financial Analysis, was carried out the vertical and horizontal analysis of the States Financiers. Likewise indicators of liquidity were applied, of profitability, of indebtedness and of rotation. An economic analysis was made applying indicators as the Net Current Value and the Internal Rate of Return. To make possible this investigation has carried out interviews, surveys and documental analysis inside the company. Likewise we have analyzed and evaluated the States Financiers to determine the main deficiencies and inconveniences of the company, after proposing the service before mentioned a high profitability that is obtained which is demonstrated in the development of this investigation
