Aplicación de un sistema gerencial de Inventario y su Incidencia en los resultados de la Empresa Constructora Crea Arquitectura y Construcción S.A.C Trujillo

Abstract

El presente trabajo de Investigación “APLICACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA DE CONTROL GERENCIAL DE INVENTARIO Y LA INCIDENCIA EN LOS RESULTADOS EN LA EMPRESA CONSTRUCTORA CREA ARQUITECTURA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN S.A.C TRUJILLO” tiene como objetivo investigar el control interno en el Área de Almacén desde una óptica gerencial en la empresa mencionada para apoyar con información detallada a la mejor gestión y esto se traduzca en mejorar los resultados económicos y financieros de la empresa. De la investigación se ha determinado que no existe control de los inventarios, de la muestra de los 25 ítems, solamente 3 de ellos están conformes, los 22 ítems restantes no tienen control, respecto a los resultados presenta una situación financiera muy débil y una regular situación económica. Se ha logrado elaborar una propuesta de Aplicación de un sistema gerencial de Control de Inventario, planteando a la gerencia de la empresa para su ejecución como una herramienta de gestión y control, analíticamente sustentados en hojas de trabajo, reportes analíticos y hojas de resumen. Luego de aplicar el Sistema Gerencial de Control de Inventarios se logró determinar que existe un sobreestok de 53%, compras elevadas del 25 %, es urgente comprar un 12%, solicitar cotización un 12% y solamente un 4 % de los ítems tiene un comportamiento normal.

After applying the Management System Inventory Control it was determined that there is a sobreestok of 53%, higher purchases of 25%, it is urgent to buy a 12% request price by 12% and only 4% of the items has a behavior Normal. It has also proposed making the urgent purchases, selling items higher sobreestok and perform a rationalization of resources in the management of warehouse and then measuring the results liquidity in March 2015 was 1.01, and in May 2015 will improve significantly 14.39 regarding the economic situation measured by profitability was 13.18% in March 2015 and May 2015 to 21.39% significantly improved.
