Análisis económico y financiero de la Empresa Constructora Chavin S.A.C. de Trujillo y su Incidencia en la toma de decisiones Periodo 2013 - 2014

Abstract

El presente estudio se ha realizado con el propósito de ayudar a la Empresa Constructora CHAVIN SAC. de Trujillo, brindándole un marco útil para lograr una gestión financiera eficiente y eficaz, que permita una mejor toma de decisiones por parte de sus directivos.

El objetivo general es realizar el análisis económico y financiero de la empresa Constructora Chavín S.A.C de Trujillo que permita la toma de decisiones de manera significativa, para ello fue necesario realizar un análisis económico financiero en la empresa y medir el nivel de gestión, donde se demostró que la gestión de la Empresa Constructora en el periodo 2013 – 2014, no fue eficaz.

De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos podemos afirmar que el sector construcción está en un constante crecimiento y la Empresa Constructora CHAVIN SAC se encuentra por debajo del sistema, por lo que necesita tomar decisiones que le permitan mejorar la gestión y llevarla a un estado de competitividad en el mercado.

Sus principales indicadores financieros reflejan la preocupación que existe en los directivos. Del análisis se observa que el índice de liquidez ha disminuido de un año a otro, es decir para el 2014 está muy por debajo de cada sol de deuda que tiene la empresa. El rendimiento de los activos disminuyó para el 2014, producto de la mala decisión de inversión por parte de sus directivos, esto conllevó a la empresa en ambos años a un margen de utilidad por debajo del sector construcción.

Ante esta situación, la presente investigación concluye que la toma de decisiones en base al análisis económico y financiero conllevará a un crecimiento y así ser competitivo. Para ello, se recomendó realizar análisis económicos financieros de manera permanente y oportuna además de identificar a tiempo algunas decisiones apresuradas sin antes conocer su estado financiero.

The General objective is to make the economic and financial analysis of the company Constructors Chavin S.A.C of Trujillo that allows making decisions efficiently, so it was necessary to make a financial economic analysis to the company and measure the level of management, which showed that the management of the construction company in the period 2013-2014 It was not effective.

According to results we can say that the construction sector is a constantly growing and the Empress Constructors CHAVIN SAC is below the system, so it needs to make decisions that allow them to improve the management and bring it to a State of competitiveness in the market.

Its main financial indicators reflect the concern that exists in the management. Analysis is observed that the liquidity index has decreased from one year to another, i.e. by 2014 it is well below each sol of debt that the company has. The return on assets decreased for 2014 product of bad investment decision by their managers, this led to the company in both years to a profit margin below the construction sector.

Faced with this situation, the present investigation concluded that decisions on the basis of the economic and financial analysis will involve a growth and thus be competitive. This recommended financial economic analysis of permanent and timely as well as identify time some hasty decisions without before knowing your financial status.
