Intervención educativa en el nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal en alumnos de secundaria de Institución Educativa Ingeniería 2022

Abstract

Determinar la eficacia de la intervención educativa en el nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal en alumnos de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Ingeniería 2022. Materiales y métodos: La presente investigación es de corte transversal y pre experimental. La población muestral estuvo conformada por 275 estudiantes del nivel secundaria de la Institución Educativa Ingeniería, se usó el método de selección no probabilístico por conveniencia. Se empleó un cuestionario de conocimientos sobre salud bucal de 20 preguntas, el cuestionario fue previamente validado con la V de AIKEN cuyo valor fue 0.955 y la confiabilidad mediante el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach, cuyo valor fue 0,792. El cuestionario fue realizado antes de la intervención educativa y después de la intervención educativa, para determinar la eficacia de la intervención educativa se utilizó la prueba T-student. Resultados: Se determinó que la intervención educativa en la I.E. Ingeniería fue eficaz, en el pre cuestionario se obtuvo 14 puntos siendo un nivel Regular y en el post cuestionario se incrementó el promedio a 16 puntos siendo un nivel Bueno (p<0.05) Conclusiones: La intervención educativa fue eficaz en el nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal en los estudiantes de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Ingeniería 2022.

To determine the effectiveness of the educational intervention in the level of knowledge about oral health in secondary school students of the Engineering Educational Institution 2022. Materials and methods: This research is cross-sectional and pre-experimental. The sample population was made up of 275 students at the secondary level of the Engineering Educational Institution, the non-probabilistic selection method was used for convenience. A 20-question oral health knowledge questionnaire was used. The questionnaire was previously validated with AIKEN's V, the value of which was 0.955, and reliability using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, the value of which was 0.792. The questionnaire was carried out before the educational intervention and after the educational intervention. To determine the effectiveness of the educational intervention, the t-student test was used. Results: It was determined that the educational intervention in the I.E. Engineering was effective, in the pre-questionnaire, 14 points were obtained, being a Regular level, and in the post-questionnaire, the average increased to 16 points, being a good level. Conclusions: The educational intervention was effective on the level of knowledge in oral health for students at the secondary level of the Engineering Educational Institution 2022.
