Centro de rehabilitación para personas con discapacidad física motora – Piura, 2023

Abstract

La investigación contiene un análisis contextual y un diagnóstico situacional que parte desde la problemática mundial a la local; en los cuales se evidencia que en la región Piura, la población con discapacidad física motora que necesita y requiere tratamiento de rehabilitación no cuenta con un establecimiento de salud al cual acudir para que le briden dicho servicio. Tuvo como objetivo principal proponer el diseño de un Centro de Rehabilitación para personas con discapacidad física motora en Piura. Contempla distintos capítulos, en el primero desarrolla la fundamentación del proyecto que contempla: el marco teórico, la metodología empleada y la investigación programática. En el segundo capítulo se describe el proyecto arquitectónico, el análisis formal, funcional, espacial y tecnológico – constructivo. Para concluir, los siguientes capítulos contienen las memorias descriptivas de las diferentes especialidades: Estructuras, Instalaciones Eléctricas, Instalaciones Sanitarias y; Seguridad, evacuación y señalización. La propuesta arquitectónica considera todas las necesidades de las personas con discapacidad, lo que lo hace un proyecto inclusivo. Aplica teorías como la neuroarquitectura, el uso de jardines terapéuticos, entre otras. Considera la reutilización de aguas grises, entre otros criterios de arquitectura sostenible. Lo que lo hace un proyecto innovador desde el punto de vista teórico y tecnológico.

The research contains a contextual analysis and a situational diagnosis that starts from the global problem to the local one; in which it is evident that in the Piura region, the population with physical motor disabilities that needs and requires rehabilitation treatment does not have a health facility to go to to provide said service. Its main objective was to propose the design of a Rehabilitation Center for people with physical motor disabilities in Piura. Contemplates different chapters, in the first it develops the foundation of the project that includes: the theoretical framework, the methodology used and the programmatic research. The second chapter describes the architectural project; the formal, functional, spatial and technological-constructive analysis. To conclude, the following chapters contain the descriptive memories of the different specialties: Structures, Electrical Installations, Sanitary Installations and Security and Evacuation. The architectural proposal considers all the needs of people with disabilities, which makes it an inclusive project. It applies theories such as neuroarchitecture, the use of therapeutic gardens, among others. Considers the reuse of gray water, among other sustainable architecture criteria. What makes it an innovative project from a theoretical and technological point of view.
