Ley Agraria N° 31110 y su impacto en el costo de la mano de obra de la empresa Danper Trujillo S.A.C. - Planta 02 de conserva, Trujillo - 2020 – 2022

Abstract

El presente informe de tesis tuvo por objetivo conocer la incidencia de la aplicación de la Ley Agraria N° 31110 en el costo mano de obra de la Planta 02 de conserva de la empresa Danper Trujillo 2020 – 2022. Los factores presentados en la ley mencionada anteriormente serán evaluados y comparados con los porcentajes que estuvieron anteriormente en vigencia, a esto también se sumaran los montos de nuevos factores presentados en esta ley. La metodología empleada fue de tipo aplicativo, se aplicó el diseño pre experimental con observación causa y efecto, donde se analizó la situación actual de la mano de obra de la empresa para posteriormente determinar el efecto de aplicar la Ley Agraria N° 31110, la muestra estuvo conformada por la planilla de trabajadores y reportes de costos de producción de la Planta 02 de conserva. además, se utilizó como instrumentos revisión de datos históricos, reporte de producción, reporte de costo mano de obra. En los resultados se observa la variación del costo mano de obra directa en los años 2020, 2021 y 2022 debido al incremento de la remuneración mínima vital y el bono BETA. Se concluye que se halló una variación de S/ 1,620,432.00 del costo de mano de obra directa del año 2021 a comparación de lo obtenido en el 2020. Mientras que la variación del año 2022 a comparación del 2021 fue un monto de S/ 928,194.08. Asimismo, la variación del año 2022 a comparación del año 2020 se tuvo un monto de variación de S/ 2,548,626.08. Por lo tanto, se recomienda invertir en maquinarias modernas y sofisticadas de alta tecnología, pues de esa manera van a disminuir en costos de mano de obra.

The objective of this thesis report was to know the incidence of the application of Agrarian Law No. 31110 on the labor cost of Canning Plant 02 of the company Danper Trujillo 2020 - 2022. The factors presented in the aforementioned law they will be evaluated and compared with the percentages that were previously in force, to this will also be added the amounts of new factors presented in this law. The methodology used was of the applicative type, the pre-experimental design was applied with cause and effect observation, where the current situation of the company's workforce was analyzed to later determine the effect of applying Agrarian Law No. 31110, the sample It was made up of the payroll of workers and reports of production costs of Canning Plant 02. In addition, historical data review, production report, and labor cost report were used as instruments. The results show the variation in the cost of direct labor in the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 due to the increase in the minimum vital wage and the BETA bonus. It is concluded that a variation of S/ 1,620,432.00 was found in the cost of direct labor for the year 2021 compared to what was obtained in 2020. While the variation of the year 2022 compared to 2021 was an amount of S/ 928,194.08. Likewise, the variation of the year 2022 compared to the year 2020 had an amount of variation of S/ 2,548,626.08. Therefore, it is recommended to invest in modern and sophisticated high-tech machinery, since that way they will reduce labor costs.
