Complicaciones posoperatorias del colgajo bolsillo frente al colgajo semi-Newman en cirugías de terceras molares inferiores, Trujillo 2015

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo comparar las complicaciones posoperatorias del colgajo Bolsillo frente al colgajo Semi - Newman en cirugía de terceras molares inferiores. El estudio se desarrolló en el Centro Quirúrgico de la Clínica Estomatológica de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego que incluyó un total de 30 pacientes. Cada paciente firmó un consentimiento informado donde tuvo conocimiento del estudio a realizar, el cual fue registrado en una ficha de recolección de datos, teniendo en cuenta la edad del paciente, trismus, dolor y edema a las 24 y 72 horas posoperatorio. Según trismus, a las 24 horas y 72 horas se encuentra diferencia significativa al corroborarse con el p-valor (p-Valor =0.0138 < 0.05) y (p-Valor =0.027< 0.05) respectivamente a favor del colgajo Bolsillo. Según dolor, a las 24 horas y 72 horas se encuentra diferencia significativa al corroborarse con el p-valor (p-Valor = 0.038 < 0.05) y (p-Valor = 0.000 < 0.05) respectivamente a favor del colgajo Bolsillo. Según edema, a las 24 horas y 72 horas se encuentra diferencia significativa al corroborarse con el p-valor (p-Valor = 0.017 < 0.05) y (p-Valor = 0.018 < 0.05).respectivamente a favor del colgajo Bolsillo. Se concluyó que existe diferencia estadísticamente significativa al comparar el Colgajo Bolsillo con colgajo Semi – Newman, según trismus a las 24 y 72 horas, dolor a las 24 horas y 72 horas; y edema a las 24 y 72 horas.

This study aimed to compare postoperative complications front flap pocket flap Semi - Newman in surgery of third molars. The study was conducted at the Surgical Center of Stomatology Clinic Antenor Orrego Private University that included a total of 30 patients. Each patient signed an informed consent where he had knowledge of the study to be performed, which was recorded in a data collection sheet, taking into account the patient's age, trismus, pain and edema at 24 and 72 hours post-operatively. According trismus, 24 hours and 72 hours is significant difference in corroboration with the p-value (p-value = 0.0138 <0.05) and (p-value = 0.027 <0.05) respectively for the flap pocket. According to pain at 24 hours and 72 hours is significant difference in corroboration with the p-value (p-value = 0.038 <0.05) and (p-value = 0.000 <0.05) respectively for the flap pocket. According edema at 24 hours and 72 hours is significant difference in corroboration with the p-value (p-value = 0.017 <0.05) and (p-value = 0.018 <0.05) .respectivamente for pocket flap. It was concluded that there is statistically significant difference when comparing the flap pocket with flap Semi - Newman, according trismus at 24 and 72 hours, pain at 24 hours and 72 hours; and edema at 24 and 72 hours.
