Altura uterina por método de Johnson y Toshach y su relación con el peso real del recién nacido atendidos en el Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo. 2020 – 2021

Abstract

Con el objetivo de determinar la relación de la altura uterina por método de Johnson y Toshach y su relación con el peso real del recién nacido atendido en el Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, 2020 – 2021. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo retrospectivo, transversal no experimental, con una muestra de 168 gestantes en labor de parto, se utilizó una ficha de recolección de datos para poder obtener la información de las historias clínicas (edad gestacional, altura uterina, nivel de encajamiento y peso del recién nacido) . Donde se encontró el peso promedio de los recién nacidos según la edad gestacional, la altura uterina promedio para la edad gestacional y la relación que existe entre la altura uterina por método de Johnson y Toshac y el peso del recién nacido. Concluyendo que existe relación significativa (p-valor < 0.05) entre el peso del recién nacido y su estimación por método de Johnson y Toshach.

With the objective of determining the relationship of uterine height using the Johnson and Toshach method and its relationship with the real weight of the newborn treated at the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo, 2020 - 2021. A retrospective, cross- sectional, non-experimental descriptive study was carried out with a sample of 168 pregnant women in labor. A data collection form was used to obtain information from the medical records (gestational age, uterine height, engagement level and weight of the newborn). Where the average weight of the newborns was found according to the gestational age, the average uterine height for the gestational age and the relationship that exists between the uterine height by the Johnson and Toshac method and the weight of the newborn. Concluding that there is a significant relationship (p-value < 0.05) between the weight of the newborn and its estimation by the Johnson and Toshach method
