Metodología Integrated Project Delivery en costos y plazos para el proyecto de construcción del terminal terrestre de Otuzco, La Libertad

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal demostrar el beneficio que brinda la Metodología Integrated Project Delivery tanto en los costos como en los plazos del proyecto de construcción del terminal terrestre que se encuentra ubicado en Otuzco, el departamento de La Libertad, y de esa manera para poder cumplir este objetivo lo primero que se realizo es adquirir y organizar toda la información necesaria del proyecto como tal, teniendo en cuenta que la ejecución de esta obra se realizó en el año 2019, lo que se realizo fue una comparación de la metodología con la que se desarrolló el proyecto que fue de forma tradicional, y la comparación se realizó con la metodología IPD, asi mismo se Determinaron las características de la metodología IPD, que ayudan de forma particular a optimizar los costos y plazos del proyecto en estudio. De igual manera se identificaron las herramientas que ayudan a la implementación de la metodología IPD y la manera en la que favorecen a optimizar tanto el presupuesto de la obra como el tiempo de entrega del proyecto del Terminal Terrestre de Otuzco. Asi mismo por último se analizaron las ventajas y desventajas que esta metodología trae al proyecto de construcción del Terminal Terrestre de Otuzco. Como resultado final se logró observar mediante la información obtenida y la investigación realizada que la forma de desarrollo de las etapas del IPD ayuda a lograr estar presente a todos los miembros desde una etapa temprana incluso previa al proyecto, de esa manera lograr encontrar y solucionar las dificultades que se puedan presentar de esa manera se logra minimizar o incluso eliminar perdidas, riesgos de manera previa por lo tanto se optimiza el costo de la obra y el tiempo en el que se entrega el proyecto.

Likewise, finally, the advantages and disadvantages that this methodology brings to the construction project of the Otuzco Land Terminal were analyzed. As a final result, it was observed through the information obtained and the research carried out that the form of development of the stages of the IPD helps to be present to all members from an early stage, even prior to the project, in this way to be able to find and solve the problems. difficulties that may arise in this way, losses and risks are minimized or even eliminated in advance, therefore the cost of the work and the time in which the project is delivered is optimized.
