Ansiedad estado - rasgo y resiliencia en las adolescentes en situación de riesgo de un albergue de Trujillo

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la Ansiedad Estado - Rasgo y la Resiliencia en la población - muestra de 31 adolescentes en situación de riesgo de un albergue de Trujillo, cuyas edades oscilan entre los 12 y 18 años. Para ello, se empleó el Inventario de Autoevaluación de la Ansiedad Estado Rasgo (IDARE) y la Escala de Resiliencia para Adolescentes (ERA). El tipo de investigación es sustantiva y el diseño que se utilizó es descriptivo correlacional. Se encontró que existe relación significativa entre la Ansiedad Estado – Rasgo y la Resiliencia. De manera específica, se encontró que existe relación altamente significativa entre la Ansiedad Estado y los componentes Insight, Moralidad e Iniciativa; mientras que entre la Ansiedad Estado y el componente Creatividad sólo existe relación significativa. Además, en cuanto a la Ansiedad rasgo, ésta guarda relación significativa sólo con el componente Moralidad.

This research had as main objective to determine the relation between the State - Trait Anxiety and Resilience in the sample of 31 adolescents at risk situation of a shelter Trujillo, aged between 12 and 18 years. For this, the Self-Assessment Inventory State Trait Anxiety (STAI) and Adolescent Resilience Scale was used (ERA). The research is substantive and design that was used is descriptive correlational. As for the results, it was found that there is significant relation between State – Trait Anxiety and Resilience in adolescents at risk situation. Specifically, it was found that there is highly significant relation between State Anxiety and components of Insight, Morality and Initiative in adolescents at risk; while among the State Anxiety and Creativity component exists only significant relation. Furthermore, with regard to Anxiety trait, it saves significant relation only with the component Morality in adolescents at risk.
