To determine the prevalence of dental fluorosis in the I.E. N° 10119 “Tumi de Oro” District of Illimo - Lambayeque, 2023. Materials and methods: The study was observational and cross-sectional, evaluating 201 schoolchildren between 8 and 12 years of age. To find the level of fluorosis, the Dean-WHO index was used. To determine the inter-rater reliability of the oral clinical measurement, a pilot study was carried out with 30 schoolchildren, obtaining a Cohen's Kappa value of 1,000, which ensures perfect agreement. The Chi-square test was used with a value of p<0.05. Results: It was found that 82.59% (166 schoolchildren) presented dental fluorosis, and 17.41% (35 schoolchildren) who did not present it, and very mild dental fluorosis predominated in schoolchildren from 8 to 12 years of age. Conclusions: Schoolchildren presented a high prevalence of dental fluorosis and there was no relationship between sex and agees_PE
