Percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería y nivel de estrés de las madres del neonato prematuro hospitalizado. Hospital Belén- Trujillo 2016

Abstract

La presente investigación de tipo descriptiva correlacional, se realizó con el propósito de determinar la relación entre la percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería y su nivel de estrés de las madres del neonato prematuro hospitalizado Hospital Belén Trujillo 2016. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 77 madres de neonatos prematuros. Se aplicaron dos instrumentos: uno para identificar la percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería y el segundo para identificar el nivel de estrés de la madre del neonato prematuro. Se encontró que el 61 % de madres tienen nivel de estrés moderado y el 39 % nivel de estrés alto. En relación a la percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería el 66% de madres de neonatos prematuros no percibe cuidado humanizado y el 34% si percibe cuidado humanizado de enfermería. Determinándose que existe relación altamente significativa (P= 0.001) entre las dos variables.
