Abstract

Veintiséis de octubre es un sector de la provincia del departamento de Piura, este fue seleccionado con el objetivo de crear un Centro deportivo recreativo integral y paisajista del distrito. Con un enfoque de diseño arquitectónico deportivo, recreativo para el sector ,ya que en él se realizó un análisis sectorial en el que se determinó que el sector no contaba con instalaciones de carácter deportivo y de entretenimiento, también se encontró mala infraestructura de espacios y por eso las personas del sector se adaptaban a los espacios existentes, los cuales no contaban con las medidas y parámetros reglamentarios, por ello se realizó una investigación de la población beneficiaria directamente e indirectamente del sector. como conclusión se propuso un terreno cerca al rango determinado. Él programa arquitectónico que se utilizó para el proyecto se consideró las necesidades del usurario de acuerdo al estilo de vida, sus capacidades y discapacidades; Se hizo el análisis diferentes casos análogos para obtener más características y aportes para el proyecto. En el diseño del proyecto se proponen áreas de carácter deportivo y recreativo, logrando abastecer la falta de espacios adecuados, confortables y que brinden seguridad para los usuarios, adecuándose al contexto urbano.

With a sports and recreational architectural design approach for the sector, since a sectoral analysis was carried out in which it was determined that the sector did not have sports and entertainment facilities, poor space infrastructure was also found and therefore That is why people in the sector adapted to the existing spaces, which did not have the regulatory measures and parameters, which is why an investigation was carried out on the population that benefited directly and indirectly from the sector. As a conclusion, a land close to the determined range was proposed. The architectural program that was used for the project demonstrated the needs of the user according to the lifestyle, their abilities and disabilities; The analysis of different analogous cases was carried out to obtain more characteristics and contributions for the project. In the design of the project, sports and recreational areas are proposed, managing to supply the lack of adequate, comfortable spaces that provide security for users, adapting to the urban context
