Aplicación de la ley de saneamiento económico financiero de las empresas agrarias azucareras del Perú y su influencia en el manejo empresarial azucarero, con socio estratégico, de este sector, año 2010

Abstract

El presente estudio “Aplicación de la Ley de Saneamiento Económico Financiero de las Empresas Agrarias Azucareras del Perú y su influencia en el manejo empresarial azucarero, con socio estratégico, de este sector, año 2010”, tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de la aplicación de la Ley de Saneamiento Económico Financiero de las Empresas Agrarias Azucareras. Es un estudio jurídico social, de método mixto cuanti-cualitativa, no experimental, de diseño correlacional causal; la muestra estuvo conformada por 342 trabajadores y expertos; se les aplicó el “Cuestionario de aplicación del D. Leg. 802” y el “Cuestionario de manejo empresarial”. Se concluyó que, hay influencia significativa de la aplicación de la Ley de Saneamiento Económico Financiero de las Empresas Agrarias Azucareras en el manejo empresarial azucarero, siendo negativo y Muy alto, según los trabajadores de Cayaltí, Pucalá, Andahuasi y los expertos, con un r Pearson de 0.975, 0.986, 0.982 y 0.993, respectivamente; es decir, a mayor aplicación de la Ley de Saneamiento Económico Financiero, menor manejo empresarial en estas empresas; asimismo, el nivel de aplicación de la Ley de Saneamiento Económico Financiero de las Empresas Agrarias Azucareras fue Muy buena y el nivel de manejo empresarial de los socios estratégicos fue Muy malo

The objective of this study was to determine the influence of the application of the Law on Economic and Financial Restructuring of Agricultural Sugar Companies in Peru and its influence on sugar business management, with a strategic partner, in this sector, in 2010. It is a social legal study, with a mixed quantitative-qualitative method, not experimental, with a causal correlational design; The sample consisted of 342 workers and experts; The ““Legislative Decree 802 Application Questionnaire““ and the ““Business Management Questionnaire““ were applied to them. It was concluded that there is a significant influence of the application of the Law on the Economic and Financial Restructuring of Agricultural Sugar Companies on sugar business management, being negative and Very high, according to the workers of Cayaltí, Pucalá, Andahuasi and the experts, with a Pearson r of 0.975, 0.986, 0.982 and 0.993, respectively; that is, the greater the application of the Economic and Financial Restructuring Law, the lower the business management in these companies; likewise, the level of application of the Law on the Economic and Financial Consolidation of Agricultural Sugar Companies was very good and the level of business management of strategic partners was very poor
