Sistema Biofloc para el cultivo de tilapia y su incidencia en la rentabilidad de la empresa Jhv Camar Sac, Piura, 2022

Abstract

La presente tesis de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar cómo el Sistema Biofloc para el cultivo de tilapia incide en la rentabilidad de la empresa Jhv Camar S.A.C, Piura, 2022. Para ello se realizó un análisis documental; como instrumentos la hoja de registro de datos. La muestra estuvo conformada por los estados financieros de la empresa. Se inició un análisis costos para determinar el costo de producción de un kilogramo de tilapia de manera tradicional, llegando a tener un costo de S/ 9.28 y un precio de venta de mercado de s/ 10 teniendo una rentabilidad de 7 %. Asimismo, se determinó el costo de kilogramo de tilapia en Sistema Biofloc llegando a tener un costo de S/ 9.08 y un precio de venta de S/10, teniendo una rentabilidad de 10 %. Concluyendo que, luego de la aplicación del Sistema Biofloc incide positivamente en el aumento en la rentabilidad de la empresa, por tanto, el cultivo de tilapia en Sistema Biofloc es una actividad rentable económicamente

The objective of this research thesis was to determine how the Biofloc System for tilapia farming affects the profitability of the company Jhv Camar S.A.C, Piura, 2022. For this, a documentary analysis was carried out; as instruments the data record sheet. The sample consisted of the financial statements of the company. A cost analysis was initiated to determine the production cost of one kilogram of tilapia in the traditional way, reaching a cost of S/ 9.28 and a market sale price of s/ 10, with a profitability of 7%. Likewise, the cost of a kilogram of tilapia in the Biofloc System was determined, reaching a cost of S/ 9.08 and a sale price of S/ 10, with a profitability of 10%. Concluding that, after the application of the Biofloc System, it positively affects the increase in the profitability of the company, therefore, the cultivation of tilapia in the Biofloc System is an economically profitable activity.
