Nivel de conocimiento y actitud sobre bioseguridad en los internos de enfermería del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo 2016

Abstract

La presente investigación de tipo descriptivo correlacional, tiene como finalidad determinar la relación entre el Nivel de Conocimiento y la Actitud sobre bioseguridad en los internos de enfermería del Hospi tal Regional Docente de Trujillo; durante los meses de Agosto a Diciembre del 2016. La muestra estuvo conformada por 64 internas de enfermería que realizan sus prácticas en los servicios de hospitalización. Para la recolección de datos sobre el nivel de conocimiento y la actitud sobre bioseguridad se utilizó dos cuestionarios. Los resultados fueron analizados según la prueba exacta de Fisher, considerando un valor de p<α = 0,05. (p: 0,032); Donde se concluye que: El 47% de las internas de enfermería tuvo nivel bueno de conocimiento y una actitud favorable sobre bioseguridad al 47%; y el 53% de internas de enfermería tuvo nivel de conocimiento regular donde el 47% tiene una actitud favorable y el 6% tiene un actitud desfavorable sobre bioseguridad. Encontrándose una relación de significancia en ambas variables de 0,032.

The present investigation of descriptive type correlational, that has as purpose determine the relation between the Level of Knowledge and the Attitude on biosecurity in the boarders of infirmary of the Regional Educational Hospital of Trujillo; during August to December, 2016. The sample was shaped by 64 interns of infirmary that his practices realize in the services of hospitalization. For the compilation of information on the level of knowledge and the attitude on biosecurity, two questionnaires were used. The results were analyzed according to Fisher's exact test, considering a value of p<α = 0, 05. (p: 0,032); Where there concludes are: 47 % of the interns of infirmary has a good level of knowledge and a favorable attitude on biosecurity to 47 %; there exists a very significant percentage of 53 % of interns that have a level of regular knowledge where 47 % has a favorable attitude and 6 % has one unfavorable attitude on biosecurity.
