Resultados maternos - neonatales adversos asociados a la amenaza de aborto en el Hospital Alta Complejidad

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene por objetivo de determinar cuáles son los resultados maternos - neonatales adversos asociados a la amenaza de aborto en el Hospital Alta Complejidad. La metodología es analítica, observacional, retrospectivo, de cohorte; de manera que la muestra estará conformada por 109 con exposición y 109 sin exposición. Se empleará como instrumento una ficha de recolección de datos, la cual será elaborada de acuerdo a los objetivos de la investigación. Para el análisis estadístico de los resultados se aplicará la estadística descriptiva e inferencial como frecuencias absolutas y porcentuales, medidas de tendencia central, dispersión y chi cuadrado. Además, se utilizará el estadígrafo Odds Ratio (OR) para establecer la asociación de las variables de estudio. Dentro de los resultados se encontró asociación positiva y significativa entre los resultados maternos – neonatales y la amenaza aborto, dentro de los maternos preeclampsia OR=2.325, los resultados neonatales, prematuridad OR=4,149 y bajo de peso al nacer OR= 4,864. Se concluye que existen resultados que se asocian directamente con la amenaza de aborto

Objective: determine the adverse maternal-neonatal outcomes associated with the threat of abortion at the Alta Complejidad Hospital Methods: analytical, observational, retrospective, cohort; so that the sample will be made up of 109 with exhibition and 109 without exhibition. A data collection sheet will be used as an instrument, which will be prepared according to the objectives of the research. For the statistical analysis of the results, descriptive and inferential statistics will be applied such as absolute and percentage frequencies, measures of central tendency, dispersion and chi square. In addition, the Odds Ratio (OR) statistician will be used to establish the association of the study variables. Results: A positive and significant association was found between maternal neonatal outcomes and threatened abortion, within maternal preeclampsia OR=2.325, neonatal outcomes, prematurity OR=4.149 and low birth weight OR= 4.864. It is concluded that there are results that are directly associated with the threat of abortion
