Frecuencia del cuarto conducto en primeras molares superiores en pacientes atendidos en el centro de diagnostico imágenes RX 3D Trujillo 2014 - 2015

Abstract

El presente estudio de tipo observacional y descriptivo tuvo como propósito evaluar la frecuencia del cuarto conducto en primeras molares superiores en pacientes atendidos en el Centro de Diagnóstico Imágenes RX 3D Trujillo 2014-2015.

Se revisó la base de datos del año 2014 al 2015 seleccionando a las tomografías computarizadas de acuerdo a los criterios de selección y se empleó el programa Romexts (Planmenca). Se seleccionó a los pacientes según el género y se realizó los cortes axiales para verificar la presencia del cuarto conducto. Se encontró que la frecuencia del cuarto conducto en primeras molares superiores fue de 55% de 140 tomografías computarizadas examinadas.

Concluyendo que es frecuente la presencia del 4 ° conducto en primeras molares superior por lo que se debe de tener en cuenta este hallazgo en la realización de tratamiento de conducto.

The present study of observational and descriptive type had as objective to evaluate the frequency of the duct room in the first higher molecules in the patients attended in the Center of Diagnosis RX 3D Trujillo 2014-2015.

We reviewed the database from 2014 to 2015 by selecting CT scans according to the selection criteria and using the Romexts program.

Patients were selected according to gender and the axial cuts were performed to verify the presence of the fourth driver.

It was found that the frequency of the duct room in first springs was more than 55% of 140 CT scans examined.

Concluding that the presence of the 4th conduit in the first upper springs is frequent, so that this finding must be taken into account in the conduct of the conduit
