Sistema inteligente de búsqueda de expedientes judiciales basado en web semántica para consultorios jurídicos

Abstract

La mayor parte de estudios jurídicos en el Perú tiene un problema, el tiempo que emplean en localizar sus expedientes judiciales entre sus archivos, el cual tiene una duración prolongada, donde el Estudio Jurídico Díaz Pulido no es la excepción; dado que los expedientes están en 2 almacenes, y en ocasiones hay expedientes en las oficinas de los abogados, lo cual dificulta su rápida localización para su trabajo. Puesto que estos archivos (expedientes judiciales de materia civil, familiar, laboral y constitucional) contienen toda la información de cómo va avanzando el proceso judicial y son buscados de manera manual. Para solucionar este problema fue necesario modelar los procesos principales del estudio jurídico, con el fin de entender cómo funciona realmente el desarrollo de sus actividades; a partir del cual se plantea un prototipo de sistema inteligente de búsqueda que utilice el lenguaje natural de las personas para establecer parámetros de búsqueda, apoyándose en la metodología Methontology para realizar esta conversión. Luego de la creación del prototipo de sistema inteligente de búsqueda, se procede a tabular los tiempos obtenidos buscando el mismo expediente, lo cual permitió visualizar la diferencia exacta de tiempos entre la búsqueda con la técnica hasta ahora utilizada y el uso del sistema inteligente de búsqueda. Partiendo de lo ya expresado ¿un sistema inteligente de búsqueda basado en web semántica acortará de manera considerable el tiempo de búsqueda de los expedientes judiciales en el Estudio Jurídico Díaz Pulido? Con el objetivo de contestar esta interrogante, se hicieron las pruebas necesarias. Donde el análisis estadístico arrojó una reducción del 98.1% del tiempo medio de búsqueda. Lo cual brinda como respuesta que, en efecto, un sistema inteligente de búsqueda reduce significativamente el tiempo de búsqueda de expedientes judiciales.

From what has been said does a smart search system based on semantic web shorten considerably the time search of court registries in the law firm Diaz Pulido? In order to answer this question, the necessary tests were done. Where the statistical analysis showed a reduction of 98.1 % of the average search time. Which provides in response, in effect, an intelligent search system significantly reduces the time spent searching for court registries.
