La Gestión de la Migración Venezolana y sus Implicancias en los Derechos Fundamentales de los Trujillanos, año 2023

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación detenta como objetivo principal determinar la afectación a los derechos fundamentales de los trujillanos, por la gestión de la migración venezolana en el año 2023; asimismo, resultará importante mencionar los principales alcances de la política migratoria sobre la población venezolana que ha adoptado el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores del Perú. De igual manera, este análisis de dicha política migratoria repercutirá entre los principales derechos fundamentales que se han visto vulnerados hacia los ciudadanos trujillanos debido a la migración venezolana. Es por ello, que se evaluará la gestión pública efectuada por la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo sobre el acceso a servicios básicos en cuanto a la migración venezolana al año 2023. En tal sentido, resulta imprescindible la revisión de las principales bases teóricas y jurisprudenciales nacional sobre la gestión de la migración venezolana que se está realizando por el Estado Peruano y su repercusión en los derechos fundamentales de los ciudadanos trujillanos. Finalmente, se empleará el método científico bajo un modelo básico – descriptivo, para poder formular conclusiones respectivas sobre nuestras variables de estudio, explicando las bases teóricas en concordancia con la discusión de los resultados obtenidos.

The main objective of this research work is to determine the affectation to the fundamental rights of the citizens of Trujillo, due to the management of the Venezuelan migration in the year 2023; likewise, it will be important to mention the main scopes of the migratory policy on the Venezuelan population adopted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru. Likewise, this analysis of said migration policy will have an impact on the main fundamental rights that have been violated towards the citizens of Trujillo due to Venezuelan migration. For this reason, the public management carried out by the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo will be evaluated regarding access to basic services in terms of Venezuelan migration to the year 2023. In this sense, it is essential to review the main theoretical and national jurisprudential bases on the management of Venezuelan migration being carried out by the Peruvian State and its impact on the fundamental rights of Trujillo citizens. Finally, the scientific method will be used under a basic - descriptive model, to be able to formulate respective conclusions on our study variables, explaining the theoretical bases in accordance with the discussion of the results obtained.
