Centro de Acogida Residencial para menores en situación de violencia y abandono con equipamiento educativo en la provincia de Trujillo

Abstract

El Programa Integral Nacional para el Bienestar Social (INABIF) es el encargado de brindar protección a población que se encuentre en situación de vulnerabilidad y riesgo, tomando fuerza en niños, niños y adolescentes, dentro de sus principales funciones se encuentra la de supervisar y acreditar los Centros de Acogida Residencial (CAR) para su funcionamiento. En La Libertad, actualmente solo se cuenta con dos albergues tipo CAR, el “Hogar de la Niña” y el “Hogar San José”, los cuales no cuentan con espacio suficiente para abarcar la demanda existente, además de no cumplir con la infraestructura adecuada y las condiciones mínimas de funcionalidad, confort y antropometría para el correcto desarrollo integral de los menores. Es por ello que en conjunto con la Sociedad de Beneficencia Pública de Trujillo, la cual proporciona el terreno y promueve su funcionamiento, se hace un investigación descriptiva obteniendo como resultado un proyecto factible financiado por el Gobierno Regional de La Libertad y acreditado por el Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables (MIMP) y el INABIF, el cual brinda residencia, salud, alimentación y educación a menores de edad que se encuentren en situación de violencia y riesgo de abandono, logrando la reinserción social de los menores asistidos. De la misma manera disminuir la cifra de niños que se encuentran en las calles, en situación de violencia o abandono en la provincia de Trujillo
