Abstract

La investigación de tipo descriptivo - correlacional y de corte transversal, se realizó con la finalidad de determinar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado de la enfermera y percepción de la madre sobre la relación de ayuda en el lactante. Se aplicaron dos instrumentos a 6 enfermeras y 30 madres de lactantes del servicio de pediatría, el primer instrumento: Guía de observación sobre el cuidado humanizado de la enfermera, el segundo instrumento: Escala de medición de la percepción de la madre sobre la relación de ayuda en el lactante. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que el 63.3% brinda un adecuado cuidado humanizado y el 36.7% brinda un inadecuado cuidado humanizado. Respecto a la percepción de la madre sobre la relación de ayuda en el lactante, el 36.7% percibe la relación de ayuda como regular, el 33.3% buena y el 30% mala. Según el estadístico de prueba Chi-cuadrado tiene un valor de 6.551 con un p-valor de significancia de 0.038 (p < 0.05), Concluyendo que existe relación significativa entre el cuidado humanizado de la enfermera y la percepción de la madre sobre la relación de ayuda en el lactante.

The research was descriptive - correlational and cross - sectional, with the purpose of determining the relationship between the humanized care of the nurse and the mother's perception of the relationship of help to the infant. Two instruments were applied to 6 nurses and 30 mothers of infants of the pediatrics service, the first instrument: Observation guide on the humanized care of the nurse, the second instrument: Measurement scale of the perception of the mother on the aid relation in the infant.
