Abstract

The research work is to design the faculties of Agrarian and Economic Sciences of the university headquarters of the Juan Guerra - San Martín district, as an educational milestone in cultural - public relations, offering comprehensive education, responding to the situational diagnosis found in the PDU of the Municipality of San Martín, which are developed based on the aspects of the environment (urban), beneficiary (physical) and building (functional), which was evidenced in the poor educational quality at the central headquarters (UNSM), which derives from overcrowding in existing university environments; In addition, environments not suitable for university education. These variables led to an architectural proposal for the creation of the University Headquarters in order to perfect the infrastructure; the idea was transformed; Since the institution had planned to place its next plan in the district, due to the feasibility of the land due to its adequate location, proportionate area and basic services. The urban context around the existing land displays a great diversity of fruit and timber trees, which are qualified by the high quality index of inputs and derivatives shown; These are used by the residents, being a contribution to their economy
