Implementación de guía PMBOK, 6ta edición para fortalecer la gestión del cronograma, costos y calidad del proyecto de habilitación urbana Sol de Trujillo Etapa X, Alto Salaverry

Abstract

La presente investigación fue realizada en el distrito de Salaverry, provincia de Trujillo, departamento de La Libertad, que tiene como objetivo principal determinar la influencia de la implementación de GUÍA PMBOK, 6ta edición para fortalecer la gestión del cronograma, costos y calidad del proyecto habilitación urbana Sol de Trujillo etapa X, Alto Salaverry. La tesis es elaborada en tiempo real y con un proyecto en ejecución, se implementaron estrategias de buena gestión de cronograma y costos para mejor la calidad del proyecto. El trabajo de campo se llevó a cabo desde el reconocimiento del terreno, seguido de la planificación y aplicación de nuevos controles e informes que permitieron el mapeo de la construcción y el manejo de los costos adecuadamente. Se obtuvo un buen resultado de la implementación de la GUÍA PMBOK, 6ta edición en este proyecto, ya que a nivel de cronograma y costos no tenían una buena gestión. Una vez implementados estos nuevos informes y controles nos llevó a que el proyecto a su término no solo resulte rentable a nivel monetario sino también sirva de ejemplo para futuros proyectos considerándose un proyecto piloto exitoso y que beneficiará a la empresa y sus trabajadore. Además de mejorar la calidad de producto que se entregará a los clientes ya que al tener proceso indicado también se obtiene un proyecto óptimo para mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes y personas aledañas a la zona

The present investigation was carried out in the district of Salaverry, province of Trujillo, department of La Libertad, whose main objective is to determine the influence of the implementation of the PMBOK GUIDE, 6th edition to strengthen the management of the schedule, costs and quality of the habilitation project. urban Sol de Trujillo stage X, Alto Salaverry. The thesis is elaborated in real time and with a project in execution, good schedule and cost management strategies were implemented to improve the quality of the project. The field work was carried out from the reconnaissance of the land, followed by the planning and application of new controls and reports that allowed the mapping of the construction and the proper management of costs. A good result was obtained from the implementation of the PMBOK GUIDE, 6th edition in this project, since at the schedule and cost level they did not have good management. Once these new reports and controls were implemented, it led us to the end of the project not only being profitable at the monetary level but also serving as an example for future projects, considering it a successful pilot project that will benefit the company and its workers. In addition to improving the quality of the product that will be delivered to customers, since by having the indicated process, an optimal project is also obtained to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants and people surrounding the area
