Aplicación de la herramienta carta balance en el proceso constructivo de las diferentes losas aligeradas de la ciudad de Trujillo

Abstract

Siempre buscando la optimización de las actividades en el mundo de la construcción que es tan variable se debe poner énfasis a lo que nos inculca la filosofía Lean Construction. Es por ello que este estudio consistió en efectuar el método Carta De Balance, lo cual será aplicado con el propósito de medir la productividad del proceso constructivo en losas aligeradas de las distintas zonas de la ciudad de Trujillo, La Libertad. Por tanto, se identificó cinco viviendas por zonificación, que se encontraban con el requerimiento de materiales. Cabe resaltar que la medición se realizó a las cuatro partidas necesarias para dar como resultado una losa aligerada (encofrado, colocación de acero, colocación de ladrillos y llenado de concreto). El Diseño de la Investigación es Descriptiva no experimental. Para la recolección de datos se apersonó a campo, con la ayuda de la observación y por el medio de tablas (Formato Carta Balance) se iba contabilizando al minuto las tareas de una cuadrilla específica, se apunta que el tiempo empleado por cada partida es de una hora. Se señaló en el proceso constructivo tres características de trabajo (Productivo - TP, Contributorio - TC, No Contributorio - TNC). El mismo procedimiento se aplicó a todas las Losas Aligeradas, para lo cual los resultados que se obtuvieron una vez procesada la información en gabinete y realizando un mapeo general son los siguientes: TP= 34%, TC = 37%, TNC= 29%, asimismo, se detalló porcentajes de todas las actividades que participan en las partidas correspondientes, con la ayuda del Diagrama de Pareto y la Gráfica de Pastel se pudo esquematizar, organizar y señalar. Además, se indica alternativas de solución viables para reducir drásticamente el TCN y TNC, por consiguiente, incrementando el TP. Por último, se llegó a conclusiones y recomendaciones

Always looking for the optimization of activities in the world of construction, which is so variable, emphasis should be placed on what the Lean Construction philosophy instills in us. That is why this study consisted of carrying out the Carta De Balance method, which will be applied with the purpose of measuring the productivity of the construction process in lightened slabs in different zones of the city of Trujillo, La Libertad. Therefore, five houses were identified by zoning, which were found with the requirement of materials. It should be noted that the measurement was carried out for the four items necessary to produce a lightened slab (formwork, steel placement, brick placement and concrete filling). The research design was descriptive and non-experimental. For data collection, we went to the field, with the help of observation and by means of tables (Balance Chart Format) the tasks of a specific crew were counted by the minute; it is noted that the time spent for each batch is one hour. Three work characteristics (Productive - TP, Contributing - TC, Non-Contributing - TNC) were noted in the construction process. The same procedure was applied to all the Lightweight Slabs, for which the results obtained after processing the information in the office and performing a general mapping are as follows: TP= 34%, TC = 37%, TNC= 29%, likewise, percentages of all the activities involved in the corresponding items were detailed, with the help of the Pareto Diagram and the Pie Chart it was possible to schematize, organize and point out. In addition, viable solution alternatives were indicated to drastically reduce the TCN and TNC, thus increasing the TP. Finally, conclusions and recommendations were reached
