Sistema de costos estándar para el logro del costo objetivo en la empresa Gran Hotel el Golf Trujillo S.A en la ciudad de Trujillo en el periodo Enero - Junio 2017

Abstract

El presente estudio se realizó con la finalidad de determinar el “SISTEMA DE COSTOS ESTÁNDAR PARA EL LOGRO DEL COSTO OBJETIVO EN LA EMPRESA GRAN HOTEL EL GOLF TRUJILLO S.A. EN LA CIUDAD DE TRUJILLO EN EL PERIODO ENERO – JUNIO 2017”. El enunciado del problema es: ¿En qué medida el sistema de costos estándar logrará el costo objetivo en la empresa Gran Hotel El Golf Trujillo S.A. en la ciudad de Trujillo en el periodo enero – junio 2017? Cuya hipótesis de investigación es: El sistema de costos estándar logrará significativamente el costo objetivo en la empresa Gran Hotel El Golf Trujillo S.A en la ciudad de Trujillo en el periodo enero – junio 2017. Se utilizó el diseño cuasi experimental, empleando la técnica de la entrevista, y como instrumento la guía de entrevista. Así mismo, la población estuvo conformada por la totalidad de habitaciones de la Empresa Gran Hotel El Golf Trujillo S.A. y se consideró como muestra la cantidad de habitaciones ofertadas. Los resultados de la investigación han determinado que con la aplicación del sistema de costos estándar se obtienen resultados favorables que se ven reflejados en el margen bruto por el control de costos a través del análisis de los tres elementos (materiales directos, mano de obra directa y costos indirectos); que resultan de operaciones eficientes para el logro del costo objetivo.

The present study was carried out in order to determine the ““STANDARD COST SYSTEM FOR OBJECTIVE COST ACHIEVEMENT IN GRAN HOTEL EL GOLF TRUJILLO S.A. IN THE CITY OF TRUJILLO IN THE PERIOD JANUARY - JUNE 2017““. The statement of the problem is: To what extent, will the standard cost system achieve the objective in the company Gran Hotel El Golf Trujillo S.A. in the city of Trujillo in the period January - June 2017? Whose research hypothesis is: The Standard Cost system achieves the objective cost in the Gran Hotel El Golf Trujillo S.A. in the city of Trujillo in the period January - June 2017.

The quasi-experimental design was applied, the use of the interview technique and the instrument of the interview guide were used.

Likewise, the population was made up of the totality of the rooms of the Gran Hotel El Golf Trujillo S.A. and it considered like trial amount the quantity of offered rooms.

The results of the research have determined that the application of the standard cost system are obtained favorable results that are reflected in the gross margin for cost control through the analysis of the three elements (direct materials, direct labor and indirect costs); what results from efficient operations to achieve the target cost.
