Nivel de conocimiento relacionado con el manejo del balance hídrico en enfermeras del servicio de medicina del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación de tipo descriptivo correlacional, tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento y su relación con el manejo del balance hídrico en enfermeras del servicio de medicina de un Hospital de nivel III-1. Se aplicó dos instrumentos: un cuestionario y una lista de cotejo a 28 enfermeras. Encontró que el 21.4% de las enfermeras tienen un nivel de conocimiento alto, el 71.4% tienen un nivel de conocimiento medio y el 7.1 % un nivel de conocimiento bajo; además, el 92,9 % de las enfermeras, tiene manejo adecuado del balance hídrico y el 7,1% inadecuado. Al relacionar las dos variables, no se encontró relación significativa entre el nivel de conocimiento y el manejo del balance hídrico en las enfermeras de medicina del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo.

The objective of the present investigation was to determine the level of knowledge and its relationship with the management of the water balance in nurses of the medical service of a Hospital of level III-1. It is a quantitative, descriptive correlational study whose theoretical reference was Virginia Henderson. It had as subjects of investigation to 28 nurses of the service of Medicine of the Regional Teaching Hospital. He found that 21.4% of nurses have a high level of knowledge, 71.4% have an average knowledge level and 7.1% have a low level of knowledge; In addition, 92.9% of nurses have adequate water balance management and 7.1% inadequate. When relating the two variables, no significant relationship was found between the level of knowledge and the management of the water balance in the nurses of medicine of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo.
