dc.description.abstract | Las universidades necesitan docentes con distintas competencias que les permitan
poder adecuarse a cualquier cambio que se les presente y así alcanzar sus
objetivos planteados. Aquellas son el engagement y la resiliencia. Por lo cual, esta
investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el engagement y la
resiliencia en docentes de la facultad de derecho y medicina humana de una
Universidad Privada de Piura, 2022. La metodología es de tipo básica, con diseño
no experimental de tipo descriptivo - correlacional. Es no probabilística y se trabajó
con 109 docentes. Para estimar la primera variable se realizó mediante la escala
Engagement UWES 15 y en cuanto a la segunda variable se utilizó la escala RS-
14. Se obtuvo que existe una relación significativa entre el engagement y la
resiliencia en los docentes encuestados, siendo el valor (rho=.438**), con una
significancia de 0,000. Concluyendo que, si el Engagement incrementa, la
Resiliencia aumenta en un nivel moderado en los docentes encuestados | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | Universities need teachers with different skills that allow them to be able to adapt to
any change that is presented to them and thus achieve their stated objectives.
Those are Engagement and Resilience. Therefore, this research aimed to determine
the relationship between Engagement and Resilience in teachers of the Faculty of
Law and Human Medicine of a Private University of Piura, 2022. The methodology
is of basic type, with non-experimental design of descriptive - correlational type. It is
