Minería de procesos para mejorar el nivel de eficiencia de la captura de datos de FONOLIB de SEDALIB - BMP Consulting S.A.C.

Abstract

Las organizaciones soportan sus procesos de negocios bajo sistemas de información, los cuales almacenan valiosa información acerca de los procesos y usuarios. Por tal razón es importante la Minería de Procesos que permite el análisis de la situación de real del proceso, través del uso de herramientas y técnicas para analizar los registros de información guardados en los sistemas información. Dentro de las técnicas de minería de procesos se encuentra la técnica de Análisis Estadístico que muestran resultados verídicos a partir de un conjunto de datos extraídos de los sistemas de información. Bmp Consulting brinda el servicio de call center a Sedalib. El presente proyecto de tesis tiene como objetivo mejorar el proceso de captura de datos en el cual se identificó la falta de integración de los sistemas, la deficiente comunicación entre el cliente-personal y problemas de registro de las averías por fuga o atoro. Se aplica la metodología de minería de procesos al proceso de captura de datos. Se recopila la información, se realiza un análisis estadístico y se propone el rediseño del proceso. Como resultados de la aplicación se permite mejorar el nivel de eficiencia de la captura de datos aumentando la calidad de trabajo de los colaboradores y de solicitudes ejecutadas.

Within the techniques of process mining is the technique of Statistical Analysis that shows true results from a set of data extracted from information systems. The present thesis project aims to improve the data capture process in which the lack of integration of the systems, the deployment of communication between the personal customer and the problems of logging of failures due to leakage or failure were identified. The process mining methodology is applied to the data capture process. The information is compiled, a statistical analysis is carried out and the redesign of the process is proposed. As a result of the application, it is possible to improve the level of efficiency of the data capture by increasing the quality of the work of the collaborators and the executed requests.
