dc.description.abstract | Comparar el grado de microfiltración in vitro en circunstancias de resina
compuesta empleando resina precalentada y cemento resinoso dual autoadhesivo como
agente de cementación.
Materiales y métodos. El estudio se realizó con 40 premolares, 20 premolares superiores y
20 premolares inferiores sanos, distribuidos al azar en grupo A y B. se realizaron cavidades
expulsivas en M.O.D, luego se confeccionaron incrustaciones de resina para luego
cementarlas.
Al grupo A, fueron cementados con cemento resinoso dual autoadhesivo y el grupo B, con
resina compuesta (3M Z250) precalentada a 65° C posteriormente las muestras fueron
sumergidas en azul de metileno al 2% durante 24 horas, luego se lavaron, se secaron y se
analizaron en un microscopio -estereoscopio con un aumento 40x.
Los datos se procesaron en el programa estadístico SPSS versión 24.0 , para luego
presentar los resultados en tablas de doble entrada y gráficos, se usó el test chi2.
Conclusión: Se concluyó que si existe diferencias significativa en el grado de microfiltración
in vitro entre el cemento resinoso dual autoadhesivo y la resina compuesta precalentada,

dc.description.abstract | To compare the degree of microfiltration in vitro under
circumstances of composite resin using preheated resin and dual self-
adhesive resinous cement as a cementing agent.
Materials and methods. The study was performed with 40 premolars, 20 upper
premolars and 20 healthy lower premolars, distributed randomly in group A
and B. Ejection cavities were performed in M.O.D, then resin inlays were made
and then cemented.
Group A were cemented with self-adhesive dual resinous cement and group B
with composite resin (3M Z250) preheated to 65 ° C subsequently the samples
were immersed in 2% methylene blue for 24 hours, then washed, dried and
they were analyzed in a microscope - stereoscope with a 40x magnification.
The data were processed in the statistical program SPSS version 24.0, to then
present the results in double entry tables and graphs, the chi2 test was used.
Conclusion: It was concluded that there is a significant difference in the
degree of in vitro microfiltration between the self-adhesive dual resinous
cement and the preheated composite resin, the latter being better in the
