Abstract

El Hotel resort ‘’wayra’’ ubicado en la ciudad de paracas tiene como objetivo responder a las necesidades del sector, Planteando un servicio de equipamiento turístico integrando al usuario y su contexto mediante los espacios abiertos potenciando aumento del turismo en la zona de Paracas el cual posee un valor histórico y cultural significativo reflejado en su patrimonio y manifestaciones culturales. Con la investigación realizada, se demostró que Paracas cuenta con una alta demanda turística generando así la ausencia de un servicio hotelero que cumpla los requerimientos. El diseño del proyecto, integra elementos históricos con el objetivo de aumentar su valor, brindando un espacio de confort y áreas amplias de esparcimiento integradas con el contexto donde el usuario se sienta identificado con el entorno generando un recorrido que narre la historia de Paracas través de las experiencias vivenciales que pretende brindar el proyecto
