Ansiedad y dependencia al móvil en estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa privada de Piura-2021

Abstract

El presente estudio, tuvo por objetivo general, medir la correlación entre ansiedad y dependencia al móvil en estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa privada de Piura-2021. Siguiendo un diseño de investigación de tipo correlacional, se trabajó con 203 estudiantes de 1er a 5to año de secundaria, aplicando el “Inventario de Ansiedad Rasgo-Estado” (IDARE) y el “Test de Dependencia al Móvil” (TDM), obteniendo como resultado que se acepta la hipótesis general planteada, ya que, sí se halló una correlación directa altamente significativa (p< .01) entre ansiedad estado (rho= .421) y ansiedad rasgo (rho= .483) respectivamente con la dependencia al móvil. Se determina así que existe una asociación entre las variables estudiadas; en tal sentido, a mayores niveles de ansiedad estado y rasgo, existirá una tendencia a presentar un mayor nivel de dependencia al móvil.

The present investigation had the general objective of measuring the correlation between anxiety and mobile dependence in high school students from a private educational institution in Piura-2021. Following a correlational research design, we worked with 203 students from 1st to 5th year of secondary school, applying the “State-Trait Anxiety Inventory” (IDARE) and the “Mobile Dependency Test” (TDM), obtaining as a result, the general hypothesis proposed is accepted, since a highly significant direct correlation (p <.01) was found between state anxiety (rho = .421) and trait anxiety (rho = .483) respectively with mobile dependence. Therefore, it is determined that there is an association between the variables studied; in this sense, at higher levels of state and trait anxiety, there will be a tendency to present a higher level of dependence of cellphone usage
