Módulo Control de Pago de Planillas Web y su incidencia en la gestión de pagos en la Ugel Pataz, II semestre 2022-2023

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo demostrar de qué manera el Módulo de Control de Pagos de Planillas Web incide en la gestión de pagos en la Ugel Pataz, II semestre 2022 – 2023. La metodología de investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño pre-experimental en línea de un solo grupo, en donde se analizó la gestión de pagos de planillas a nivel de devengado y girado de los meses de julio a diciembre, asimismo por ser la población de tamaño reducido la muestra estuvo conformada por la misma población 05 personas administrativas que trabajan directamente con los sistemas informáticos en el proceso de la gestión de pagos, para la recolección de datos se utilizaron las técnicas del análisis documentario y de información así como la encuesta la cual fue validada aplicando el Alfa de Cronbach alcanzado un 99% de confiabilidad de las preguntas realizadas y de instrumentos se aplicaron la hoja de registro de datos y el cuestionario para las variables de estudio. Los resultados de la investigación obtenidos demuestran que la aplicación del Módulo de Control de Pago de Planillas Web incide positivamente en la gestión de pagos en la Ugel Pataz en el II semestre 2023, al determinarse la incidencia en S/. 7,113,846,05 a nivel de gestión de pagos que representa el 60 % llegando a cumplir en un mayor porcentaje con los pagos de todo el personal que labora en la Ugel dentro de las fechas del cronograma de pagos emitidos por el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas. Para validar la prueba de hipótesis se ha utilizado el Chi-cuadrado en donde P=0.040, por lo cual se acepta la Hipótesis alternativa y se rechaza la Hipótesis nula, llegando a la conclusión que como P<0.05 entonces existe una diferencia significativa lo cual nos permite indicar que la aplicación del Módulo de Control de Pago de Planillas Web contribuyo a mejorar la gestión de pagos en la Ugel Pataz.

The objective of this research was to demonstrate how the Web Payroll Payment Control Module affects payment management at Ugel Pataz, II semester 2022 - 2023. The research methodology was quantitative approach and pre-experimental design in line of a single group, where the management of payroll payments at the accrual and drawn level for the months of July to December was analyzed, also because the population was small in size, the sample was made up of the same population, 05 administrative people who They work directly with computer systems for the payment management process. For data collection, documentary and information analysis techniques were used, as well as the survey, which was validated by applying Cronbach's Alpha, achieving 99% reliability. The questions asked and instruments were applied to the data recording sheet and the questionnaire for the study variables. The results of the research obtained demonstrate that the application of the Web Payroll Payment Control Module has a positive impact on payment management at Ugel Pataz in the second half of 2023, by determining the impact in S/. 7,113,846.05 at the payment management level, which represents 60%, reaching a higher percentage of compliance with the payments of all the personnel who work at Ugel within the dates of the payment schedule issued by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. To validate the hypothesis test, the Chi-square has been used where P=0.040, for which the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected, reaching the conclusion that as P<0.05 then there is a significant difference which allows us to indicate that the application of the Web Payroll Payment Control Module contributed to improving payment management at Ugel Pataz.
