Percepción de las gestantes frente a la episiotomía y su relación con nivel de ansiedad para el parto - hospital cruz vilca 2018

Abstract

Con el objetivo de determinar la percepción de las gestantes frente a la episiotomía y su relación con nivel de ansiedad para el parto – Hospital Cruz Vilca 2018; se realizó una investigación, de tipo descriptivo, en una muestra de 100 gestantes, seleccionadas por conveniencia hasta completar la muestra, de acuerdo a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. A quien se les aplico dos encuestas. Para medir percepción, la encuesta fue elaborada por las autoras y validada por juicio expertos con una confiabilidad significativa de KR-20 igual a 0.622 y para determinar la ansiedad se utilizó el Test de Zung usado por el Ministerio de Salud. Se encontró que el 81.0% de las gestantes mantienen una percepción no aceptable sobre la episiotomía; el 19.0% muestran una percepción aceptable. El nivel de ansiedad fue moderado en un 44.0%, severo en un 36.0% y de mayor grado en un 20.0%. Existe una relación altamente significativa (p < 0.01) entre la percepción de la gestante frente a la episiotomía y nivel de ansiedad durante el parto.

With the objective of determining the perception of pregnant women against episiotomy and its relationship with the level of anxiety for childbirth - Hospital Cruz Vilca 2018; an investigation was carried out, of descriptive type, in a sample of 100 pregnant women, selection for convenience until the sample was completed, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. To whom two surveys are applied. To measure perception, the survey was developed by the authors and validated by an expert with a significant reliability of KR-20 equal to 0.622 and to determine anxiety for the Zung test used by the Ministry of Health. It was found that 81.0% of pregnant women have an unacceptable perception about episiotomy; 19.0% show an acceptable perception. The level of anxiety was moderate in 44.0%, severe in 36.0% and higher in 20.0%. There is a highly significant relationship (p <0.01) between the perception of the pregnant woman versus the episiotomy and the level of anxiety during delivery.
