Evaluación de la aplicación del last planner system en la construcción de edificios multifamiliares, en Trujillo, la libertad

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene como objetivo principal evaluar la aplicación del método de Last Planner System en la construcción de edificaciones multifamiliares para determinar que si se puede obtener resultados favorables en la producción en la ciudad de Trujillo. Departamento la Libertad. Este estudio parte de los datos de producción obtenidos por la carta balance y método general en la construcción de Parque II California, donde nos refleja el trabajo productivo, trabajo contributorio y trabajo no contributorio que realizan las cuadrillas dentro de la obra; con los cuales más adelante utilizaremos para realizar el informe semanal de producción, el cual se enfoca su control en el consumo de Horas Hombre midiendo índices de Productividad; Las curvas de productividad se han obtenido de informes semanales de producción de una determinada cuadrilla, en estas se grafican los rendimientos presupuestados, los rendimientos diarios y acumulados. De acuerdo a la programación del Lookahead y la programación diaria se hace un análisis comparativo de ambos respectivamente, el cual será de la fecha 05/09/2018, con el fin de verificar con el cumplimiento o no de lo programado al inicio. Luego de obtener los resultados de la evaluación de la aplicación de Last Planner System, hemos realizados propuestas que las hemos aplicado para mejorar en algunos punto donde se encuentra por deficiencias. Al haber realizado las propuestas hemos notado una mejora con la productividad en la construcción del edificio multifamiliar Parque II.

After obtaining the results of the evaluation of the application of Last Planner Syste m, we have made proposals that we have applied to improve in some point where it is due to deficiencies Having made the proposals we have noticed an improvement with the productivity i n the construction of the building multifamily Park II.
