Elaboración de un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional, bajo los requisitos de la norma ISO 18001, para la empresa D&D Coprobise S.R.L.

Abstract

El presente trabajo está basado en la Elaboración de un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional en la empresa D&D COPROBISE S.R.L, utilizando la Norma actualizada ISO 45001, con el fin de minimizar los riesgos de accidentes, a los que se exponen día a día los trabajadores, además de contribuir con el bienestar de ellos y de ésta manera mejorar en la productividad de la empresa. Lo primero que he realizado es diagnosticar la situación actual de la empresa frente a los requisitos exigidos por la norma ISO 45001 y otro diagnóstico para saber el cumplimiento de las normas legales vigentes, esto se hizo a través de una entrevista al Gerente General de la empresa D&D COPROBISE S.R.L y también una encuesta a los trabajadores de dicha empresa para conocer cuánto saben respecto a Seguridad o si tienen conocimiento de alguna norma, y si cuentan con alguna área especializada en caso de accidentes. Se establecieron los planes de acción correctivos y preventivos para ajustar la situación de la empresa frente a los requisitos exigidos por la normatividad vigente y los de la norma ISO 45001, se realizó el panorama de riesgos, el análisis de vulnerabilidad, se Elaboró un plan de seguridad para que la empresa lo utilice. Finalmente se realizó el análisis financiero con el fin de establecer si la elaboración del sistema es viable para la empresa.

The present work is base on the Production of a system of management on safety and occupational health on the company D&D COPROBISE S.R.L, using the updated ISO Norm 45001, in order to minimize the risks of accidents, to which the workers are exposed day after day, beside contributing with the well-being of them and of this one way to improve in the productivity of the company. The first thing that I have realized is the current situation of the company diagnoses opposite to the requirements demanded by the ISO norm 45001 and another diagnosis to know the fulfillment of the legal in force procedure, this was done across an interview to the General Manager of the company D&D COPROBISE S.R.L and also a survey the workers of the above mentioned company to know how much are known by them with regard to Security or if they have knowledge of some norm, and if they possess some area specialized in case of accidents. There were established the corrective and preventive action plans to fit the situation of the company opposite to the requirements demanded by the in force normatividad and those of the ISO norm 45001, there was realized the panorama of risks, the analysis of vulnerability, a safety plan Was Elaborated in order that the company uses it.
