Análisis comparativo en productividad en la construcción de baños con biodigestores entre planificación tradicional y Last Planner System en Huamachuco

Abstract

Se ha desarrollado el Análisis Comparativo en Productividad en la Construcción de Baños con Biodigestores entre Planificación Tradicional y Last Planner System tomando la partida de saneamiento que comprende la instalación de los baños con arrastre hidráulico y los biodigestores del Proyecto “Mejoramiento y Ampliación del Servicio de Agua Potable e Instalación de Baños Ecológicos en el Caserío Puente Piedra - Distrito De Huamachuco”; empleando el sistema Last Planner se empezó con la sectorización, cálculo de trenes de trabajo en base a la cuadrillas y rendimientos que sirvieron de base para la distribución del personal proporcionalmente en el Lookahead y para el tren de actividades, concluyendo que los otros dos sectores de la obra se deberían ejecutar en el mismo tiempo del sector analizado tomando esto como base para el plan maestro. Demostramos que con este sistema se llegó a dos resultados importantes, donde uno de ellos es reducir el tiempo de ejecución de la obra sin aumentar los recursos, y disminuir los costos a nivel de gastos generales que van relacionados al tiempo de ejecución de obra; demostrando ante todo que se ha mejorado la productividad con este nuevo sistema de planificación.

The Comparative Analysis in Productivity in the Construction of Baths with Biodigesters between Traditional Planning and Last Planner System has been developed taking the heading of sanitation that includes the installation of the baths with hydraulic drag and the biodigesters of the Project “Improvement and Expansion of the Water Service“ Drinking And Installation Of Ecological Baths In The Caserío Puente Piedra-District Of Huamachuco “; using the Last Planner system began with the sectorization, calculation of work trains based on the crews and yields that served as a basis for the distribution of personnel proportionally in the Lookahead and for the train of activities, concluding that the other two sectors of the work should be executed at the same time as the analyzed sector, taking this as the basis for the master plan. We show that with this system two important results were reached, where one of them is to reduce the execution time of the work without increasing the resources, and to reduce the costs at the level of general expenses that are related to the execution time of the work; demonstrating above all that productivity has been improved with this new planning system.
