Aplicación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y el factor de riesgo ocupacional, Hospital de Tarma 2024

Abstract

La presente investigación es de tipo cuantitativo, transversal. Tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la aplicación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y el factor de riesgo ocupacional, Hospital de Tarma. La población estuvo conformada por 50 profesionales de enfermería, luego del muestreo se trabajó con 44 profesionales de enfermería, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y los instrumentos dos cuestionarios válidos y confiables. Los resultados evidenciaron que del 18.2% de profesionales de enfermería presenta aplicación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo eficiente, el 72.7% poco eficiente y el 9.1% ineficiente. Por otro lado, el 15.9% de profesionales de enfermería presenta factor de riesgo ocupacional bajo, el 61.4% regular y el 22.7% alto. Se concluyó que existe relación significativa entre la aplicación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y el factor de riesgo ocupacional en enfermeros del Hospital de Tarma

The present research is quantitative, transversal. Its general objective was to determine the relationship between the application of the occupational health and safety management system and the occupational risk factor, Tarma Hospital. The population was made up of 50 nursing professionals, after sampling we worked with 44 nursing professionals, the technique used was the survey and the instruments were two valid and reliable questionnaires. The results showed that 18.2% of nursing professionals apply the Occupational Health and Safety Management System efficiently, 72.7% inefficiently and 9.1% inefficiently. On the other hand, 15.9% of nursing professionals have a low occupational risk factor, 61.4% regular and 22.7% high. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the application of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the occupational risk factor in nurses at the Tarma Hospital.
