Sistema de inserción automático de scripts de google analytics en proyectos de analítica de clientes de la empresa eweris Perú - HPC Trujillo.

Abstract

La tesis plantea el desarrollo de un Sistema de Inserción Automático de Scripts de Google Analytics en Proyectos de Analítica de Clientes de la Empresa EVERIS PERÚ - HPC Trujillo. El propósito es reducir el tiempo de inserción de scripts, por ser uno de los grandes problemas que afrontan los desarrolladores al insertar manualmente estos scripts que llegan en gran cantidad de nodos por ser páginas web empresariales ya sean archivos html, servlets, xsl, etc. Según las encuestas realizadas, el tiempo de finalización de estos requerimientos es largo dependiendo de la cantidad de nodos de tal manera que pueda beneficiarse con la inserción automática y ya no manual por parte de los desarrolladores. Para llevar a cabo el desarrollo del software se utilizó la metodología ICONIX, se utilizaron herramientas tecnológicas como el IDE NetBeans 8.2 y el lenguaje de programación Java. Cuenta con una conexión segura FTP para los casos en que se tengan que descargar los archivos web desde un servidor; y un acceso local para utilizar archivos web que tenemos ya almacenados en la PC; ambos tipos de acceso permiten seleccionar archivos, seleccionar los tags correctos donde insertar los scripts, seleccionar ubicación de los archivos que se modificarán y permite ingresar los scripts de seguimiento necesarios de Google Analytics, para, finalmente, ingresarlos archivo por archivo de forma automática. La solución permitió reducir el tiempo de inserción en un 99% con respecto al tiempo que demora ingresando los scripts manualmente por el desarrollador.

The thesis proposes the development of a System of Automatic Insertion of Google Analytics Scripts in Customer Analysis Projects of the Company EVERIS PERÚ - HPC Trujillo. The purpose is to reduce the time of insertion of scripts, as it is one of the big problems faced by the developers of these scripts that arrive in a large number of nodes through corporate web pages, whether they are html files, servlets, xsl, etc. According to the surveys, the completion time of these requirements is long for the number of nodes; in such a way that it can benefit from the automatic insertion and no longer manual by the developers. To carry out the software development for the ICONIX methodology, technological tools such as IDE NetBeans 8.2 and the Java programming language are used. It has a secure FTP connection for cases where you can download files from a web server; and a local access to use web files that we already have stored on the PC; both types of access allow to select files, select the correct codes to insert the scripts, select the location of the files that are modified and allows entering the necessary tracking scripts of Google Analytics, to finally enter them file by file automatically. The solution reduces the insertion time by 90% with respect to the time it takes to enter the scripts manually by the programmer.
