La concepción reflexiva de espacios como estrategia para la proyección del centro de innovación productiva y transferencia tecnológica de artesanía y turismo de Pacasmayo 2024

Abstract

Pacasmayo, una ciudad de la costa de La Libertad, conocida ampliamente por sus playas, basada en los deportes náuticos, el cemento y la cultura artesanal. 89219 es el número de artesanos del Perú registrados en el Registro Nacional del Artesano al año 2020, de los cuales, solo 2074 pertenecen a La Libertad. Ellos, son los encargados de conservar la profesión de este arte ancestral; sin embargo, cada vez las cifras de artesanos van decreciendo y el desertar de esta profesión por otra que ofrezca mejores oportunidades, se va convirtiendo en la regla. Las condiciones laborales, de presupuesto, de formación y conexión con mercados nacionales e internacionales son complejas. Por eso, en esta investigación explicaremos la importancia de la artesanía en el Perú, las cifras de artesanía en Pacasmayo, el comienzo de la decadencia de esta profesión y las causas y consecuencias de las condiciones de trabajo de los artesanos en Pacasmayo. Luego, analizaremos las recomendadas soluciones y plantearemos un proyecto arquitectónico que permita resolver estas condiciones y conectar al gremio artesanal de La Libertad con el resto de la nación y el mundo a través de la implementación de un centro de innovación productiva y transferencia tecnológica. Además, se implementará la teoría del reconocido arquitecto Louis Kahn: la concepción reflexiva de espacios; esto con la finalidad de lograr humanizar y dignificar el trabajo del artesano, transaccionándolo de una industria manufacturera a un arte

Pacasmayo, a city on the coast of La Libertad department, widely known for its beaches, nautical sports, cement and artisanal culture. 89,219 is the number of artisans in Peru registered in the National Registry of Artisans as of 2020, of which only 2,074 belong to La Libertad. They are in charge of preserving the profession of this ancient art; however, the numbers of artisans are decreasing and deserting this profession for another that offers better opportunities is becoming the rule. The working conditions, budget, training and connection with national and international markets are complex. Therefore, in this investigation we will explain the importance of artisans in Peru, the numbers of artisans in Pacasmayo, the beginning of the decline of this profession and the causes and consequences of the working conditions of artisans in this city. Then, we will analyze the recommended solutions and propose an architectural project that will resolve these conditions and connect the artisanal guild of La Libertad with the rest of the nation and the world through the implementation of a technical innovation center for handicrafts and tourism. In addition, the theoretical basis description by the renowned architect Louis Kahn will be implemented: the thoughtful making of spaces. The purpose is humanizing and dignifying the work of the artisan, transforming it from a manufacturing industry to an art.
