Percepción del paciente sobre el cuidado humanizado de la enfermera en el tratamiento de diálisis peritoneal. Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray - Trujillo 2016.

Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación es cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo de corte transversal y tiene como propósito determinar la Percepción del paciente sobre El Cuidado Humanizado de la Enfermera en el Tratamiento de Diálisis Peritoneal en el Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray de Trujillo 2016; realizado entre los meses de Mayo a Agosto, se contó con una población muestral de 57 pacientes seleccionados según criterios establecidos, se recogió los datos aplicando una encuesta: Percepción del Paciente sobre el Cuidado Humanizado de la Enfermera en el Tratamiento de Diálisis Peritoneal; según categorías del cuidado: sentimientos del paciente, característica de la enfermera, apoyo emocional, apoyo físico y cualidades del hacer de la enfermera. Los resultados globales arrojaron que el 94.7% de pacientes tenían una percepción buena respecto al cuidado humanizado que le brinda la enfermera, el 5.3% tenían una percepción regular, no observándose percepción deficiente 0%. La conclusión a la que se llegó es que los pacientes percibieron que el cuidado que brinda la enfermera es humanizado en razón de la constante interacción enfermera-paciente, recibiendo cuidados holísticos que ayudan a satisfacer sus necesidades de apoyo emocional, físico y de aprendizaje.

The present research study is a quantitative descriptive type of cross section and has as purpose to determine the Perception of the patient on the Humanized Care of the Nurse in the Treatment of Peritoneal Dialysis in the Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray de Trujillo 2016; conducted between the months of May to August, we had a sample population of 57 patients selected according to established criteria, the data was collected by applying a survey: Patient Perception on the Humanized Care of the Nurse in the Treatment of Peritoneal Dialysis; according to categories of care: feelings of the patient, characteristic of the nurse, emotional support, physical support and qualities of doing of the nurse. The overall results showed that 94.7% of patients had a good perception of the humanized care provided by the nurse, 5.3% had a regular perception, and no perception of deficient 0% was observed. The conclusion reached is that patients perceived that the care provided by the nurse is humanized because of the constant nurse-patient interaction, receiving holistic care that helps meet their needs for emotional, physical and learning support.
