La planificación financiera y su incidencia en la situación económica y financiera de la empresa C&M Engineering S.A.C. distrito de Lima, año 2017

Abstract

La tesis tiene como objetivo principal determinar de qué manera la planificación financiera incide en la situación económica y financiera de la empresa C&M Engineering S.A.C., distrito de Lima, año 2017, para lo cual se analizó el estado de situación financiera y estado de resultados aplicando los ratios financieros y se elaboró un plan financiero, en el que se presenta estrategias financieras, las que se aplicarán en el presente año. Desde el punto de vista metodológico, se desarrolló un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño explicativo, mediante el cual, se investigó el grado de incidencia que tiene la planificación financiera en la situación económica y financiera de la empresa; para ello se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista, al gerente y al personal que labora en el área contable. También se aplicó un cuestionario para obtener información sobre la situación económica y financiera de la empresa. En el desarrollo de la tesis se encontró problemas administrativos en el fondo fijo, cuentas por cobrar y en la cuenta de inmueble maquinaria y equipos por falta de políticas contables de la empresa y falta de capacitación al personal. Por último, con los índices financieros obtenidos se evaluó el impacto que tuvo la situación económica y financiera mediante la implementación de estrategias financieras, obteniendo como resultado una incidencia poco significativa en el primer año por lo que se recomienda seguir aplicando la planificación financiera por los próximos cinco años, y así evidenciar una mejora más significativa en la rentabilidad de la empresa C&M Engineering S.A.C.

The main objective of the thesis is to determine how financial planning affects the economic and financial situation of the company C & M Engineering SAC, Lima district, 2017, for which the statement of financial position and income statement was analyzed applying the financial ratios and a financial plan was elaborated, in which financial strategies are presented, which will be applied in the current year. From the methodological point of view, a quantitative approach was developed, with an explanatory design, through which the degree of impact that financial planning has on the economic and financial situation of the company was investigated; for this, the interview technique, the manager and the personnel working in the accounting area were used. A questionnaire was also applied to obtain information on the economic and financial situation of the company. In the development of the thesis, administrative problems were found in the fixed fund, accounts receivable and in the real estate account of machinery and equipment due to the lack of accounting policies of the company and lack of staff training. Finally, with the financial indices obtained, the impact of the financial and economic situation was assessed through the implementation of financial strategies, resulting in a negligible impact in the first year, so it is recommended to continue applying financial planning for the next few years. five years, and thus demonstrate a more significant improvement in the profitability of the company C & M Engineering SAC
