Sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para reducir los riesgos laborales en la Empresa B & A S.R.L.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como objetivo principal elaborar un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad que permita reducir los riesgos laborales en la Empresa B & A S.R.L. según Ley Nº 29783, en donde permitirá el control de la seguridad de sus procesos y la protección de la salud de los trabajadores, de manera que contribuya a un mejor desempeño y obtenga óptimos beneficios. Para el desarrollo de nuestro presente trabajo se inició con la realización del diagnóstico situacional de la Empresa en lo que concierne a seguridad y salud ocupacional, la Empresa solo contaba con registros de accidentes desde el Año 2013 y cada año se incrementaba los accidentes debido a que no contaban con las medidas y procedimientos de seguridad establecidos bajo la Ley Nº 29783. Durante el estudio se empleó diferentes metodologías con la finalidad de recopilar toda la información necesaria para el diagnóstico situacional de la Empresa. Luego se elaboró la matriz IPERC de las actividades que realizan en el trabajo, para así poder aplicar medidas de control a las actividades críticas de acuerdo a los peligros y riesgos más significativos que existen. Con la información obtenida se procedió a generar la Política de Seguridad, procedimientos, entre otros, con la finalidad de cumplir lo que establece la Ley Nº 29783 y de esta manera poder reducir los riesgos laborales en la Empresa B & A S.R.L.

The main objective of this research work is to develop a Safety Management System that will reduce occupational risks in the company B & A S.R.L. according to Law No. 29783, where it will allow the control of the safety of its processes and the protection of workers' health, in a way that contributes to a better performance and obtains optimal benefits. For the development of our present work began with the realization of the situational diagnosis of the Company with regard to occupational health and safety, the Company only had accident records since 2013 and every year the accidents increased due to the fact that they did not have the security measures and procedures established under Law No. 29783. During the study, different methodologies were used in order to gather all the information necessary for the situational diagnosis of the Company. Then the IPERC matrix of the activities carried out in the work was elaborated, in order to apply control measures to the critical activities according to the most significant dangers and risks that exist; for that reason. The information obtained was used to generate the Security Policy, procedures, among others, in order to comply with the provisions of Law No. 29783 and thus reduce labor risks in the company B & A S.R.L.
