Características asociados a la adherencia del tratamiento antituberculoso en establecimientos de salud del I nivel de atención Piura 2018

Abstract

Determinar las características asociadas a la adherencia del tratamiento antituberculoso en establecimientos de salud del I nivel de atención Piura 2018. Material y métodos: Descriptivo, prospectivo, correlacional de corte transversal de fuente de información primaria; con 42 pacientes con el diagnostico confirmado de TBC pulmonar y Extra pulmonar. Resultados: La adherencia de los pacientes que reciben tratamiento antituberculoso en los centros de salud del primer nivel de atención fue de 76.19%. Por otro lado, el porcentaje de riesgo de abandono fue de 11,9% y de no adherencia 11.9%. Conclusiones: Las características asociadas a la adherencia al tratamiento antituberculoso con mayor significancia fueron: Contar con estudios superiores, cambios positivos en la relación familiar, la disponibilidad del servicio de salud, la presencia del personal de salud, la adecuada información, orientación y recomendaciones brindadas por el personal de salud.

To determine the characteristics associated with the adherence of antituberculosis treatment in health facilities of the Piura 2018 level of care. Conclusions: The characteristics associated to the adherence to the antituberculous treatment with greater significance were: To have superior studies, positive positive changes in the family relationship, the availability of the health service, the presence of the health personnel, the adequate information, orientation and recommendations provided by the health personnel.
