Implementación de un software de contabilidad y su influencia en la gestión contable de la empresa Maquinaria Morillo S.A.C., Trujillo 2023

Abstract

Esta tesis que lleva como título: “Implementación de un software de contabilidad y su influencia en la gestión contable de la empresa Maquinaria Morillo S.A.C., Trujillo 2023”, tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la influencia de la implementación de un software de contabilidad en la gestión contable de la empresa Maquinaria Morillo S.A.C., de tal forma que se consiga información precisa y a tiempo para garantizar una gestión contable óptima. Un software de contabilidad es una tecnología informática que reduce el tiempo y la cantidad de errores al simplificar y automatizar el proceso contable, por su parte la gestión contable implica el manejo de la información contable de la empresa para la toma de mejores decisiones por parte de la gerencia. La presente investigación tuvo un enfoque cualitativo, con un diseño cuasiexperimental de un solo grupo con observación de la gestión contable de la empresa antes y después de la implementación de un software de contabilidad. En la elaboración de la tesis se trabajó con una muestra de 36 colaboradores del departamento de contabilidad y las áreas de gestión de la empresa, se utilizó la prueba estadística T-Student para datos pareados y también se utilizaron técnicas de investigación como la encuesta, entrevista y análisis documental. La información fue procesada y analizada, con ello se determinó que la gestión contable que existía en la empresa era ineficiente antes de la implementación del software de contabilidad y luego de la implementación del software se observaron cambios positivos. Obteniéndose como resultado la aceptación de la hipótesis, es decir, que la implementación de un software de contabilidad en la empresa Maquinaria Morillo SAC influye positivamente en la gestión contable de la misma; debido a factores como la flexibilidad, seguridad y posibilidad de información completa gracias al software de contabilidad en la empresa que les permite acceder a información oportuna y por ende realizar una adecuada gestión contable.

This thesis entitled: “Implementation of an accounting software and its influence on the accounting management of the company Maquinaria Morillo S.A.C., Trujillo 2023”, had as main objective to determine the influence of the implementation of an accounting software in the accounting management of the company Maquinaria Morillo S.A.C., in such a way that accurate and timely information is obtained to ensure optimal accounting management. An accounting software is a computer technology that reduces the time and the number of errors by simplifying and automating the accounting process, while the accounting management involves the management of the accounting information of the company to make better decisions by the management. The present research had a qualitative approach, with a quasi-experimental design of a single group with observation of the accounting management of the company before and after the implementation of an accounting software. In the elaboration of the thesis, we worked with a sample of 36 collaborators from the accounting department and the management areas of the company, we used the T-Student statistical test for paired data and also used research techniques such as survey, interview and documentary analysis. The information was processed and analyzed, with this it was determined that the accounting management that existed in the company was inefficient before the implementation of the accounting software and after the implementation of the software positive changes were observed. As a result, the hypothesis was accepted, that is, that the implementation of accounting software in the company Maquinaria Morillo SAC positively influences the accounting management of the company; due to factors such as flexibility, security and the possibility of complete information thanks to the accounting software in the company that allows them to access timely information and therefore perform an adequate accounting management
